TenderFlow provides access to UK procurement data through APIs and web interfaces. By using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and API keys. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Usage limits are enforced by plan. If payment fails, access may be limited or suspended until the account is brought current.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to scrape, resell, or misuse data in a way that violates law, rights, or the Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Data Sources

TenderFlow aggregates data from public procurement sources. We do not guarantee the completeness of any source data and are not liable for inaccuracies in upstream data.

6. API Limits

Requests are limited per plan and subject to rate limits to protect service stability.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, non-payment, or harmful behavior. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal.

8. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruption arising from use of TenderFlow.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
