What data sources do you use?
We ingest Find a Tender and Contracts Finder and normalize notices into a single schema.
How fresh is the data?
Find a Tender is updated every 15 minutes and Contracts Finder hourly. The API reflects the latest sync timestamps.
How does billing work?
Plans are monthly subscriptions via Stripe. You can upgrade or cancel anytime.
Do you support RapidAPI?
Yes. RapidAPI is supported, but direct billing on tenderflow.uk is the primary path.
Can I use TenderFlow commercially?
Yes. Commercial use is permitted under the plan terms, including lead generation and analytics products.
How do I authenticate?
Use your TenderFlow API key in the X-API-Key header for all API requests.
What are rate limits?
Each plan includes a per‑minute cap and a monthly request limit. Exceeding limits returns 429.
What happens if I exceed limits?
Requests beyond plan limits return a 429 response. You can upgrade to increase limits.
Can I cancel or downgrade?
Yes. Use the billing portal to cancel or downgrade. Changes apply at the end of the billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
We review refunds case‑by‑case. Contact support if you believe there was a billing error.
What are common use cases?
